• 2 cups of milk

• 1 tsp. of ground turmeric

• A pinch of black pepper
• 1 tsp. of honey
Method of preparation:
In a small saucepan place the milk over medium heat. Add all the other ingredients except the honey and stir well. Bring the mixture to a light boil around 5-6 minutes. You will notice the golden yellow color of the drink. Turn off the heat and leave the drink to sit for 10 minutes covered. You can add the honey after that.
