Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls fresh figs (or dried figs-soaked)
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 cm ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. lucuma powder
  • 1 cup of young thai coconut water. You can also use some of the water in which you soaked figs.

Method of preparation:
