  •  1 handful mint
  •  30 g fresh spinach
  •  1 handful parsley
  •  1 tbsp honey

Method of preparation:
First wash both the parsley and the mint. In a blender, put the avocado, spinach, mint, parsley, apple cider vinegar, garlic and the water. Blend it well on the high speed. Before the end add honey and ginger and continue blending to get a smooth mixture.
