We must admit, we all like to play a game, browse the Net, or explore some new application on our smartphone before bedtime. Most of us want to check the next day’s weather forecast, chat with a friend, or see the pictures from the day that passed.
Still, researchers are examining the effects of the smartphone on our health and what they’ve found is not positive at all.
Maybe you have already heard of radiation that a cell phone emits, which is something many people are worrying about. It appears that, the blue light emitted by cell phones may cause various serious health problems.
Scientists have concluded that smartphones are associated with the following health issues:
1. Eye Damage
Damage of the retina, macular degeneration as well as cataracts can be caused by the exposure to blue light from smartphones at night.

As we mentioned above, “blue light” suppresses the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates the sleeping pattern of the body. When the body lacks sleep, it will lead to various health issues such as:
