Reduce salt

Extra salt can cause water retention. Reduce salt in your meals and drink plenty of water.

Water

This is the easiest way to get rid of the bags under your eyes. If your body is well hydrates, then there is a smaller chance of water retention, which actually causes many body parts, including area under the eyes, to swell.
For good hydration, you should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, daily. Reducing of salt is a must, too.
Caffeinated and carbonated beverages also cause dehydrating, so avoid them if you can.

Tea Bags

Tea bags, or the tea, contains anti-irritant properties and can reduce swelling of the area around the eyes. Also, they can relieve inflammation and redness.
1. Put 2 used bags of tea in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Put the tea bags on the swelled area, and leave them for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cucumbers

Cucumbers are the most effective remedy for puffy eyes. They have anti-inflammatory properties which will reduce the inflammation of the skin and the coolness will soothe the eyes.
Place two slices of cold cucumber over your eyes and relax for about 20 minutes.

Potato

The potato also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Place the refrigerated potato slices over your eyes. Leave it for at least 20 minutes. You will feel the change right away.

Egg Whites

Egg whites are good at tightening the skin, so they can help remove the under-eye bags and also will prevent wrinkles.
Whip the separated egg whites. Add a few drops of witch hazel, it works as a natural skin tightening agent.
Apply the mixture under the eyes and leave it to dry.

In chilled water, add a few drops of vitamin E and mix it. Using cotton pads apply the mixture on the eyes and leave it for about 20 minutes.
