Mullein Flower & Garlic Oil

Ingredients:
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 cup fresh or dried mullein flowers
• olive oil
Instructions:
1. Chop the garlic and place it in a small glass jar. Add the mullein flowers.
2. Pour over olive oil to cover the mullein flowers. Close the jar and let it sit in a warm place for a couple of days or you can heat it over a very low heat for 3-4 hours.
3. If you use fresh mullein flowers, it is better to cover the jar with cheesecloth instead of a lid to let the moisture escape.
4. Through cheesecloth, strain the oil and store it in a small bottle in the fridge.
To Use:
Place the bottle with oil in a glass of hot water to warm the oil. Insert 2-3 drops in your ear. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.

Garlic Oil

Ingredients:
• 3 cloves of garlic
• olive oil
Instructions:
1. Chop the garlic and place it in a small glass jar.
2. Cover the garlic with some olive oil and let sit in a warm place for a couple of days, or warm this blend over very low heat for half an hour.
3. Strain the oil using cheesecloth and store it in a small bottle in the fridge.
To Use:
Before using it warm the oil by placing the bottle with oil in a glass of hot water. Insert 2-3 drops in your ear. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.
