We all know that plants release oxygen, but, plants can do much more, they can purify the air, for example.
Below is a list of the plants that are best in purifying the air and eliminating the toxins.

Air Purifying Plants

This plant is known for the healing benefits, but it is also called “an oxygen bomb”. Aloe Vera has ability to absorb the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide and to increase levels of oxygen better that other plants. It needs light and well-drained soil, and often watering.

Peace lily

Peace lily was the number one plant on the list of NASA for the plants that best purify the air. This plant is amazing for ridding the air of benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene and ammonia. It needs weekly watering and shade.
