This is the most obvious signal that we receive from our body. If you can’t stand certain food or you don’t eat well, the stomach will react and you will feel sickness.


People intolerant to gluten often feel dizzy after meal. The feeling is similar as losing balance.


Pain in the joints of the fingers, knees or hips, inflammation, swelling may be a sign of gluten intolerance.
