Lycopene, also prevents diabetes, age related macular cataracts and degeneration and prevents the skin from aging and sunburn. It has been known that lycopene helps prevent osteoporosis.

Lycopene is found in certain fruits and vegetables, giving them a reddish-orange pigment. Foods with a high concentration of lycopene are: tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit, beets, papaya.

Tomatoes are an excellent source of lycopene and have especially been researched for their power to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. The body will use lycopene as an antioxidant once you have consumed the foods with lycopene.

• 2 cups tomatoes
• 4 large carrots
• 1 cup parsley
• 1 lemon
• 1 beet
• 1 tsp. hemp oil


Juice all the ingredients in a juicer (just leave the hemp oil). Then add the hemp oil and enjoy the drink immediately.
