Ingredients that you’ll need
– rind of 2 lemons
– Olive oil
Put the lemon rind in a jar and fill the jar with olive oil until it’s completely full. Close the jar, put it in a dark place and leave it for 14 days.
When the period for preparation of the medication passes you can use the resulted oil for joint pain. Simply pour some oil onto clean gauze and apply it on the affected area. Put a plastic bag under the gauze and then wrap a woolen cloth over the plastic bag. The best thing is to do this at night before you go to sleep and to keep it overnight. When you wake up in the morning your joint will be relieved from pain.
