You’ll need these ingredients:

  •     5 cm knob of ginger
  •     6 cm piece of turmeric or 2 tsp turmeric powder
  •   4 lemons (1 sliced for garnish, 3 for juicing)
  •    a pinch of cayenne ( or juice of ½ a habanero)
  •   2  liters water
  •   3 drops of vanilla stevia

In a juicer, place and juice the turmeric, ginger root and 3 lemons. In a large container add the juice to around 2 liters of water. Then add some vanilla stevia, lemon slices thinly cut and a few dashes of cayenne. Mix well using a wooden spoon. You can adjust flavors to your taste. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes before serving. This will make the flavors blend well. Store it in the fridge and consume it within 5 days.
