Original Recipe:

– 6 chopped green onions
– 8 oz (2 cans) of green beans
– Salt and pepper
– Nicely chopped cabbage
– 1 Bunch of celery
– 3 sliced carrots
– 1 oz. envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
– 16 oz. (a can) of diced tomatoes
Tabasco sauce, curry powder, beef bouillon, cayenne pepper and chopped parsley can be added too.

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a cooking pot, add wanted spices and pour water to cover them. Boil them for 5 min, then reduce the heat and cook them until the ingredients become tender.

Diet Cabbage Soup

– Sliced leek
– Salt and pepper
– Broth
– Lots of herbs
– 2 lbs. of crushed tomatoes
– A lbs. of chopped shiitake mushrooms
– A bulb of sliced garlic
– A sliced kombu seaweed
– A large onion
– A large shredded cabbage
– A diced bell pepper

Preparation:

Sauté the vegetables with coconut oil (or vegetable oil) except the tomato and cabbage. Place the tomatoes and the cabbage in a pot with water and let them boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add fresh or dried herbs.

7 Days Diet Plan

1st Day – consume pure water, kombucha or unsweetened tea, soup, cranberry juice and fruits. You can consume more watermelon and cantaloupe, but avoid banana.

2nd Day – consume dry beans, leafy vegetables, soup and avoid corn. Buttered potato for dinner is ok. It is important not to eat fruits.

3rd Day – consume veggies and fruits, and the soup, but keep out the potato for dinner. Until the third day 5-7 lbs. can be lost.

4th Day – beside soup, you can consume bananas and water as much as you want. To lessen the cravings for something sweet you will need proteins, carbs, potassium and calcium.

5th Day – you can consume wheat, aduki, beand, chicken, fish, lamb, 10-20 oz. of beef, and 6 organic tomatoes. Eat the soup at least one time through the day and drink 6-8 glasses of water.

6th Day – you can consume vegetables with beans, chicken, fish, lamb and beef as much as you want. Together with the soup you can eat 2-3 steaks and leafy greens. Do not eat baked potatoes.
