All women desire to have a smooth, healthy and glowing skin. Unfortunately, many of them are exposed to problems with cracked capillaries or redness on the face (cuperosis). This condition affects a lot their appearance and their self confidence.
The real causes of cuperosis are not quite known, but it is thought that weak connective tissue and the genes are the most responsible. Also, there are other factors that we shouldn’t ignore, such as stress, alcohol, caffeine, hormonal imbalance, UV radiation and strong spices. At first, redness is a simple aesthetic problem, but it can further develop into health problem or rosacea.

How To Get Rid Of Cracked Capillaries And Redness On The Face

Some folk remedies were shown to be very effective in solving or alleviating the problem of redness on the face. Here are some natural treatments that can help you get rid of cracked capillaries and redness on the face:
This recipe was used by our grandmothers. Boil 100 ml of water and pour it over a handful of parsley leaves. Leave it covered for half an hour. Then strain it and add 50 ml of milk. Take a small cotton cloth and soak it in the resulting liquid, drain it and put it on the face. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Do this procedure once a day during 20 days.

Green tomato
Green tomatoes contain the needed acids, which are effective in healing cuperosis. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and apply them into the affected areas. Leave them for three minutes and then wash your face. Repeat this procedure for 10 days.
Aloe Vera
Take one Aloe Vera leaf and cut it lengthwise. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days. In the evening, before going to bed, apply the affected areas with the cut side. You should just clean the leaf with a black or green tea before using it. You may experience a slight tingling, but it will disappear after 2-3 treatments. Follow this method every second day for two weeks.
Prepare a healing milk using sage. Boil 200 ml of water and pour it over 4 tbsp of dried sage. Cover it and let it sit for 20 min. After that strain the mixture and add 200 ml of milk. Wipe your face with this mixture and after 10 minutes, rinse your face with the rest of the milk. At the end wash your face with water several times. You should repeat the procedure as long as needed until you notice improvement in your skin.
