• Low-fat yogurt
• Skim milk
• A banana
• A kiwi
• Ground flaxseed
Method of preparation:
In a blender pour 100ml. of low-fat yogurt and 100 ml. of skim milk. Add ½ cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 1 kiwi and 1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed .Blend the mixture until smooth. Transfer the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy this anti high blood pressure drink. Consume it daily or a couple of times a week.
