• 3 or 4 heads of garlic
• 1 cup of raw honey
Method of Preparation:
1. First separate the garlic cloves. Do not peel them, just remove the outer layers.
2. Fill the jar with garlic cloves (unpeeled) and pour honey over them. To release air bubbles use a spoon.
3. Make sure that honey completely covers the cloves and then put the lid on the jar.
4. Leave the mixture to infuse, for a couple of days, at room temperature or in the fridge.
