If you feel overloaded and tired, then you need to treat yourself with a healthy cleansing diet. This will detox your body of the accumulated toxins and will help you to relax.
At the start, buy your favorite fruits, vegetables and mineral water. Search and buy a healthy organic vegetable juice (carrot juice is perfect), supply yourself with herbal teas (chamomile and mint and chamomile will do great).

Just like any other short diet, a cleansing diet also has its own rules:
– Drink around a liter of mineral/ filtered water a day (about 8 cups).
– Don’t do anything that requires a lot of effort at this time.
– If you’re not quite sure, consult your doctor before starting this cleansing diet.

Day One

Breakfast:
Let your day begin with a juicy fruit salad. You can choose citrus fruits like a grapefruit, an orange or a tangerine, and add some slices of a pineapple, grapes and crunchy slices of an apple.
What to drink: Choose an herbal tea or a mineral water instead of your ordinary tea and coffee.

Second Breakfast:
Take one half of a small melon, remove the seeds and put in fruits such as citrus fruit and something special like fresh figs, kiwi and grapes.
Keep thinking that this is only for one day!
Drink plenty of mineral water and herbal teas.

Lunch:
Do the same as for a second breakfast, just try different fruits to make it more attractive.
Drink herbal teas and a lot of mineral water.

Bedtime:
Before going to bed eat a banana and drink a cup of soothing, calming chamomile infusion. You will feel relaxed.

Day Two

Breakfast:
Take a glass with carrot juice or some other vegetable juice and season it with a little salt and black pepper. On a grill, bake four large tomatoes and season them with pepper, salt and your favorite herbs (basil goes fine with tomatoes).
What to drink: your favorite herbal tea.

Second Breakfast:
For the second breakfast, prepare yourself a large portion of salad with your favorite vegetables. Make a crisp green salad; combine some cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, celery, green onions, green beans, and yellow or red peppers for color and flavor. Season the salad with pinch of salt, black pepper and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
What to drink: plenty of mineral water and herbal teas.

Lunch:
Lightly steam zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach or cabbage; season with salt and pepper. For richer taste, sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top.
What to drink: a lot of mineral water, herbal teas or vegetable juice.

Daytime:
Take 1 vitamin C pill at breakfast, and you can drink as much mineral water and herbal tea as you want.
