• 7 green cardamom pods
• 1 cinnamon stick

• 6 black peppercorns
• 6 cups water
• 2 tbsp. Darjeeling tea
• 1 cup milk
• honey by taste
Method of preparation:
In a medium pot, combine the fennel seed, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, ginger, peppercorns and water .Bring the mixture to boil and boil for 5-6 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat, leave it on for 10 minutes, then add the tea and boil for another 5 minutes. Strain the mixture before serving, sweeten it with honey and add the milk of your choice.
