Eggs are rich in nutrients and protein, so they area great choice for a diet. The body will receive the majority of vitamins and nutrients by consuming eggs. Following this diet you can lose 12 pounds in a week.

Diet Plan

Day 1

– Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, a glass of milk (low-fat), 2 oranges
– Lunch:a glass of yogurt and 6 ounces ofskinlessboiled chicken
– Dinner: Boiled egg, one orange and 5 ounces of boiled chicken

Day 2

– Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, one squeezed lemon in a cup of warm water
– Lunch:5 ounces of roasted fish and 1 grapefruit
– Dinner: 3 boiled eggs


Day 3

– Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and one squeezed lemon in a glass of warm water
– Lunch:6 ounces of boiled beef and 1 grapefruit
– Dinner: 3 boiled eggs

Day 4

-Lunch: salad made with 5 ounces of cooked chicken

Day 5

Day 6

– Breakfast: 5 ounces of Yogurt (low fat) and 1 squeezed orange or lemon
– Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and 2 grapefruits
– Dinner: a glass of water

Day 7

– Breakfast: 2 eggs and ½ grapefruit
– Lunch: 1 orange and 6 ounces of beef
– Dinner: a glass of water

We must mention one more time, this diet is for one week only. If you want to maximize the weight loss consume a lot of water.
After 7 days you can start eating normally, but in the first days consume boiled eggs to prevent shocking of the body with food.
