Apply These Two Ingredients From Your Kitchen On Your Feet And Save Yourself Spending Money On Pedicures
Cracked heels are signs of dehydration, maybe some health issues, and sometimes for sure, lack of foot care. This problem affects the outer layer of feet skin, but sometimes it penetrate into the dermis and can cause intense pain.
It occurs when the skin on the heels is not properly hydrated, or when there is too much pressure on it.
This problem may indicate deficiency of omega 3-fatty acids and zinc, but this is happening in minor cases.
• 3-4 cups of milk
• 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda
Heat the milk and pour it into a large bowl. It needs to be hot, but not too hot to burn the skin.
Soak the feet in milk for 5-6 minutes. Then add the baking soda and stir well.
Keep your feet in this mixture for a couple of minutes and then rub them well.
Rinse them with lukewarm water and dry them. Apply foot cream or body lotion.
If you repeat this treatment every day, or at least 2-3 times a week, you will be pleased with positive results very soon.
Just be patient, and in the end your feet will be soft and smooth like babies.
