Ingredients

• water to soak the nuts
• 1 cup raw almonds
• 3 cups water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla (by option)
• 2 dates (by option)

Preparation

First, you need to have raw unsalted almonds (not roasted, salted, toasted, or slivered almonds).
Soak the almonds overnight .Drain the water and remove it. In a blender, put the almonds, 3 cups of water and dates. Blend until almost smooth. Strain the mixture and you’ve got your raw almond milk. It will stay good in the refrigerator for about three to four days.
