The remedy we are going to present here is for all those trying to lose weight. It is made of only three ingredients: honey, cinnamon and lemon.

Warm water, honey and lemon are known to aid in weight loss, improve digestion, and clean the body of toxins. This is because of the substance pectin found in lemons which hold cravings at bay and make you feel full for a longer time.
This mixture creates an alkaline environment in the stomach that helps breaking down fat more effectively.
The cinnamon is also great for improving digestion, regulating the insulin production and breaking down the carbohydrates. It helps improving the nutrient assimilation from the food we are eating, which helps to feel satiated.

You will need:

• one glass of warm water
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tsp. of cinnamon powder (freshly ground)
• 1 tbsp. of honey


Put the cinnamon in a glass and add the lemon juice and honey. Mix everything well until you get a paste. Then add the warm water. Again mix well.
Consume this mixture once a day before eating anything.
