Borges is an exercise physiologist and nutrition expert. He is the designer of the plant-based diet plan called “22 Days Nutrition Program”.
He says that this way of nutrition is going to make your life very simple. He explains how to use 3 powerhouse ingredients-lentils, spinach and quinoa-to create meals that will bring you perfect fuel, no matter if you are on your way to the gym, just getting back home or preparing for a detox day.
This diet plan can’t promise you to move like Beyoncé, but what can promise is some boosting health benefits and a healthy weight loss.

Pre-workout meal
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup lentils
