This old Tibetan elixir is made for preventing heart attack, stroke, digestive disorders and tumor formation process. Besides its healing power it also rejuvenates and guarantees a long and healthy life.

The two essential ingredients are garlic and lemon.

It is important to drink this remedy in the morning on an empty stomach.

Old Tibetan Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 2.2lbs / 1 kg of lemons (with peel) finely grated
  • 300 gr. / 10oz of garlic
  • 50oz / 1.5l water

The way of preparation:

Put the water in a pot and wait to boil. Then add shredded lemons along with lemon juice and garlic. Cook this in a covered pot on a low heat for about 15 minutes and not a minute longer .Pour the mixture in a jar when is cooled.

Note: Do not use metal tool for the preparation of this drink.

Drink 50ml /2 oz. of this remedy every morning for twenty five days. After you spent the mixture make a 10 days break before you repeat the process.

Strictly follow the dosage and the 10 days pause.

For people with good health recommended dosage is one or two times a year.

Tibetan tea makes longer life

This Tibetan tea prevents from stress and helps you relaxed

Boil 2l of water and then leave it to cool. When cool add 5gr. Of grated ginger, 2tbsp. of honey, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. of fennel and 1/2 tsp. of chili.

You can enjoy drinking this tea all day long.
