• 3 lemons

Method of preparation:
First blend the horseradish and the ginger in a food processor. Remove the seeds from the lemons and add the lemons (unpeeled).
At the end, add the cinnamon and honey and mix all well.
Put the mixture in a jar and close tightly. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Take one cup every day.
